Clonleason Gate Lodge
Self Catering Cottage for two
Clonleason is delighted to announce that we have been highlighted in The Sunday Times. In February 2009 our Gate Lodge was included in an article entitled – 50 Cool Cottages in England and Ireland.
The cottage is located near Kells in historic Co. Meath. It is at the entrance to a small Georgian farmhouse in a lovely parkland setting. The garden runs down to the Tremblestown River.
Visitors will find this the ideal place to relax and unwind with little to disturb the peace and quiet but birdsong. Roses and honeysuckle scent the air in summer. The lodge, a member of Alastair Sawday’s ‘Special Place to Stay in Ireland’ offers a very high degree of charm and comfort.
We are within easy reach of Dublin Airport and visitors will find many fine golf courses, gardens, fishing and archaeological sites of interest close by.
A warm personal welcome awaits all who come to stay with us.
